Navigation in all USA newspapers have to be fixed. Scrolling down a very long long long long long long long long long long long long long list of articles click on one to read. You go back to the very top of the page not to word you decide to actually read an article. Discourage me from reading anything that you publish! I've been complaining to you for a long time about this and you just ignore it

This app is horrible if you like to download the paper and read it offline which is what I want to do. This app doesn't allow you to download the paper at all. You can only view it online. Also the download content is a jumbled mess with articles from multiple days rather than just the news for that day. I really would expect MUCH better from a major publication like Gannet/MJS. They have another app for the e edition but that's been going downhill to and isn't working correctly either.

This app totally sucks and I regret subscribing to MJS. First and foremost, the landing page of the app does not reflect the content of the front page of the Print edition (as seen in the eNewspaper). Second, the ads load in where I'm trying to read, which is annoying and distracting. Again, I have a PAID subscription and you are still showing ads.

Pesters me to subscribe although I already have. Scrolls rapidly backwards when I try to enlarge script or photo or political cartoons, which are tiny with unreadable dialog balloons. Won't let me comment, as no keyboard ever shows up no matter which button I hit. Others have commented, so I know it's possible. That's three strikes right there, and I have only been using it for a day. Update, the next day: I unblocked pop-ups, downloaded the Microsoft keyboard, made it default. No difference.

The page turning icons are so large and so dominant that I can't see the complete content. When I try to enlarge the type, the text jumps around or I can't avoid the page turn icons. This new version gives additional options for notifications, choosing topics, etc; however, it destroys the option of reading in printed page (typical newspaper) view on a phone. I am very frustrated!

This app is horrible. Glitchy, hard to navigate and confusing. I was using the old Milwaukee J/S online app for years with no problems but finally switched to this new app after getting tired of the constant notices of a new and better app. Now I can't get back my old access. I am canceling my subscription if I can't get my old access back.

Mediocre. The interface is bare-bones and the functionality for account access is lacking The biggest point against the company generally is the intentionally-difficult cancellation procedure. Not everyone has time to sit in a live chat, nor the desire. Allow automated cancellations. We know you do it this way to squeeze people for more $$$.

Updated app is very poor. Ads dominate content now and are intrusive as you scroll. "enews" is appears to be pdf of the physical newspaper - unreadable. When you click on video clips the app shuts down. Also, it appears the account mgmt has deleted accounts thus requiring a new subscription.

Paid for nothing. Paid for a subscription. Every time I try to log in, Google says the app does not comply with Google's secure browser policy. Buyer beware. Rip off artists here. ***Update***. Now the app just crashes. Reinstalled, nothing. Paid for a subscription and can't get what I paid for. BBB WILL BE CONTACTED.

Scam of an app and scam of a company. Check Shepard Express instead. Cancelling your account is effectively IMPOSSIBLE if you did it through their website. "Support" via twitter is just drafting a tweet that says "null: null". Phone support is worthless as well, since despite being an automated tool the cancellations are only allowed during business hours. Your best bet is to go to their website, go to the help center, and use the live chat feature on their support menu, you'll get a bot that eventually allows you to cancel your subscription.
