It gets the job done. But the under Interface could be a lot better and sometimes it doesn't load and I have to go on the website on my computer (Yes I keep it up to date) So that's pretty annoying. I enjoy the phone service a lot tho. Just not the app. Or even the website for that matter. I'll change to 5 stars if these things get better.

When the app opens you have to accept an agreement which is underneath the back home and square button. So in other words, the app is completely useless, because you can't click accept. If you have pin enabled on your account, you also cannot hit the button because that is also under the navigation buttons.

Best wireless service I've had in a long time. BUT!, I cannot make payments on the app. Constantly telling me my info is wrong or they are having problems with the system. This is happening every time I try to pay for something extra. I like getting extra hotspot but I haven't been able to and that's frustrating. Recommended very highly for the service though!

App is force closing every time I try to pay my bill. On weekends, your app, nor your homepage, doesn't ever work. This is an ongoing issue. The service is also terrible. You need weekend service too. You shut it all down, which makes no sense. Fix this terrible service. All of it is terrible. I left my previous service for yours, and that was a mistake.

The service is great and the price is also good. My issue is the app doesn't seem to be optimized for my Google pixel 9 pro XL, if I click into something in the app the only way to back out is to close and reopen the app. It does not fit on the screen that well. It makes checking my usage or paying my bill a little difficult.

I don't review apps often but when I do, it's because they're amazing or total trash. Cricket has one of, if not the most infuriating apps out there. Incredibly buggy and pointless. You're much better off using the web version for any account access. Do yourself and your mental health a favor and never download this god forsaken app.

I've been with Cricket Wireless for close to 10 years. I've had AT&T, and I had other pay as you go plans and so far minus a few hiccups I've had no real serious issues with my service at all! I have 3 lines and you can't beat $123 a month anywhere else and you can upgrade every year! Until I see or have a real bad experience I don't see myself or my family leaving Cricket Wireless for any other over rated phone carriers! We are VERY HAPPY with our service! Thanks Cricket

Update: i got the $10 credit in my account now it just took longer than i thought it would. Thank you ad it up and cricket! Wait! I just remembered when i went to pay my last bill, there was a technical issue with the cricket app. it said it wouldbt disconnecf my svc but yet still dud n ive not been reimbursed the reconnection $15 fee! Will update if they fix this n credit that $15 back to my account

I've been with Cricket for approx. the past 15 years and I've never had an issue with my service. The app on the other hand is pretty much useless as it constantly crashes and it no longer brings up any info on my line as far as data usage etc. Now it no longer shows info on my other 2 lines. I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times to no avail.

All of a sudden, I'm not getting any text notifications! My family was worried SICK!! All of my settings are properly set and I even restarted the phone but it still does not work properly! Not only that, but notifications insists that notifications from my bank have been turned off AT MY REQUEST! That is not something I would Ever do! AND, it won't let me turn it on! This problem needs to be fixed ASAP!!
