Pointless. Advertised as an app to find food at lower prices but it's not. You have to have a subscription, paid or not, and it only gets delivered 1 day a week when the advert makes it seem like it's delivered the day you want to order or the next day. There is also a minimum price amount you have to have in your cart. This app is definitely not worth it.

The interface is totally different on my phone and tablet! I was really looking forward to trying this out, only to discover it point blank will not work sometimes. The shopping pages will not load on my tablet, but it has easier to navigate menus. Really don't enjoy hunching over my tiny smartphone to do something that should be accessible on my, well, accessible device! Please, please let me fully use the service and app equally no matter the source device! I want to be a customer.

No way to see how much items cost before being charged. I love the idea of reducing food waste and offering us a cheaper way of feeding our families, however there's no way of seeing the prices of food before entering card information and signing up for their subscription service. Instead they only show a limited selection and what percentage off the original price those items are. I'd be more inclined to try Misfits out if they showed the full catalog with the actual prices listed beforehand.

When signing up, you can't progress without adding your bill info. It doesn't state that you'll would be charged. They charged my account. They have sneaky and underhanded tactics. Please don't use them. Update they stated they have refunded my account,I will find out if it's true in a couple of days.

Actual service provided aside, this app is predatory. I hope the 'Time is Money' initiative and the FTC crack down on the people running this service. To my knowledge there isn't a way to close your account without emailing their customer service, and you have to click through 6 or 7 different menus to find the option to cancel your subscription and downgrade to a free account where you aren't forced to spend money week to week. Essentially the app has an opt-out feature which will buy groceries for you and then also has a separate opt-out feature which will auto deliver every week with another opt-out feature for tipping the driver. With these features you need to manually skip an order, which is separate from the opt-out menus. You must be enrolled in these services to even access the shopping window for the first time and you have to have a payment method. I regret trying to be eco-friendly, their prices aren't cheaper than whatever is around me. Don't use this app if you don't want to be taken advantage of. They purposely have made it difficult for the user to opt out of features and impossible for the user to close their account. I promise there are better alternatives, go there, not here.

Gacha business model where it automatically adds nonsense to your cart weekly and offers a pricy additional membership fee for any actual savings. Overall it's more expensive than even Kroger in high cost of living areas. Expect a whole lot of 0-7% savings on items that come with a hidden 40% markup and come with a shipping fee. Good concept but they need to sort out the logistics so they can actually pass on savings to give customers incentive to shop here.

I honestly do not like how even if last week you cleared everything off your order and didn't mess with anything on it the current week, the app will still have stuff in your order. I feel like every week's order should start out empty and you decide what to put on it. There should be a separate interaction that is automatically turned off for repeating items. It definitely feels scammy.

The app has greatly improved since its first launch and they're always updating to streamline and fix bugs that crop up. I've been using them for some time and greatly enjoy getting produce from them, if there's been a problem customer service is always on top of it and they have a solution figured out pretty quickly.

The food I got was high quality and I'll definitely be using this service some more. The app is just a little slow and buggy, however. I got my cart full of stuff I wanted, then a few days later wanted to add something only to find my cart had been completely reset and so I had to take things out and put all the things I'd originally chosen back in. I'm just glad I caught it before I was sent a bunch of things I didn't want.

Sneaky business. They auto charge you for items in your cart in the MIDDLE of the night at 3AM without your permission/knowledge and then hide the Cancel button (because you kidding me, who would wake up at 3AM to cancel the order?). No contact phone number. And the food items are very expensive, makes no sense to "save the earth" . Don't believe anything otherwise. This business sucks.
