This is the app provided from my elderly mother's service provider, along with a FireStick device. It is absolutely painful to use for an elderly person. It is not user friendly for anyone that is not semi-literate in streaming content. I have discussed this issue with others who are now saddled with this device/app method of watching their television programming. What is apparent to me is that others are moving back to either satellite delivery (Dish or DirectTV).
