| 2024-11-04 |  | | ENTIRE system is messed up-online & the app! It's randomly kicking me out of surveys, "disqualifying" me with no explanations, drops surveys midway & won't let me finish! Is this a scam or what? I do product testing & surveys & take it very seriously! I'm asked to take a survey & it just buffers, online & on app! I'm NOT getting paid for the surveys I am completing & that's not a good sign! This ain't my 1st rodeo, BBB will be notified if not handled & fixed-app & online, please! I GIVE MY TIME! |

My surveys say under construction since October 2023. I can do the surveys in red still to try products but that's it. I don't understand why I can't get an answer or help. Customer service acts like they don't care at all. And I'm really disappointed because I loved this app. I've received products to try & I've cashed out from surveys. |

Every little task to try to do on here will make the app freeze or go to a blank white page that says mindfield and it will just freeze until you close out of the app. Therefore, this new featured app Mindfield has came out with is completely useless. |
