this app is pretty bad. some examples: -if im trying to look at the schedule on Thursday the 20th, the app takes me to the 13th. this happens 20% of the time -i get logged out of the app once every two weeks or so -10-30% of the time, calendar won't load. -10-30% of the time I'll log an appointment and the app will refresh to the default page without logging the appointment. this app is bad.
update has really mucked things up for us.Had to buy a new tablet to accommodate update. Now cc swiper isn't recognized on new android tab.. Have to manually key in cc, which costs more. After 4 hours on phone w tech support, they determined it's a bug. Great. Now what? support is working on it no doubt ... However... $300 later plus extra processing fees..
I used to love the branded app. I've been calling in and reporting the same bug since at least May. I haven't gotten a resolution. The basic functions of the app don't work. Members can't see their upcoming appointments, which means they can't cancel or reschedule. I have gotten a lot of no-shows due to the fact that the members didn't know they had an appointment. I am very frustrated as I pay a lot of hard earned money for this app. The basic functions advertised aren't available.
