Installed this only to leave a review because I found FOLX outside of this app. They are a scam and 100% uncaring. I was charged 75$ with no permission to do so. Refused to give a refund even though I have never used anything of there program, and even when I try to use it they still demanded another 120$ for me to get the care I needed on top of the 75$ they took from me. No help, no way of starting care, there was nothing with the subscription I tried to use. I wanted to start my hrt journey.

These reviews are real. This health network is garbage. My clinicians were terrible with communication, consistency, and professionalism. They make excuses that they can't respond because they have over 200 patients to message. You're a business, how can you be this limited? Getting medical care beyond HRT was a painful process, which almost cost me my job. Get your HRT elsewhere, please! Stay away!
