Seek out a more supportive program. Code Red is a good program but let's call it what it is, strict keto, and there are so very many resources for finding support, encouragement, and information about the keto lifestyle. And, hint, there's a reason why no POC are "coaches" or "mentors". However, money talks and she'll take it from them |
