Since the recent update, this app isn’t working properly. When I speak in English, it no longer translates into my students' native languages, and there’s no audio for the translations, only the written text. I rely on this app for students new to the U.S. who are developing their English skills at our community college. Please help resolve this issue quickly. Microsoft Translator is essential for teachers, and I hope this can be fixed soon.

Offline language packs do not download for android. Steps followed and does not work on multiple devices/accounts. Google Translate functions well and works as advertised so is a much better option. Sadly no solutions have been offered other than deleting the cache which does not resolve the issue. Offline language packs will not download on a new phone. Why state this works if it clearly does not?

Was a great app; but the two device conversation mode no longer works. It stopped working about 2 weeks ago; rather than translate to the desired language for that person's device, it currently only translates to the language of the speaker ( english ). Tested on 4 separate devices, with re-downloading both the app and language packs. 3 phones and 1 tablet.. 3 weeks ago, I would have given this app a 4 or 5 star review.
