2024-11-24 | Ali Wambold | This is an outstanding app. it's flexible, intuitive, and the list and grouping features make it incredibly easy to organize one's thoughts and priorities. The myday feature is outstanding: a seamless way to adapt priorities as circumstances change, without losing track. Could not recommend it more highly.
2024-11-07 | Judy lanier | I just downloaded this app. It has gone back to day one of old email messages that were flagged and have been in my deleted file a long time ago. Now I have possibly 100's or 1000's of old emails taking up room in this time saving and organizing app? I cannot see a method to delete multiple messages! I will Uninstall unless I am given help to tame this app that is overwhelming to me right now!
2024-10-30 | Skeletor 13 | Getting better. Can't promote someone else to list owner. I have lists for all of my locations in the company. But i can't remove myself from the list and promote someone else. Can't assign the task to someone while making the task. So you have to create, which sends a notification to everyone, then go back into it and assign, which then sends another notification for the same task. Works fine with windows version doing "@persons name" but not an Android.
2024-10-20 | Gennario Veltaine | 10/19/24 notifications on a schedule keep triggering an hour later than scheduled. Not sure why it changed after being set up on a regular schedule ,............. I like it and use it as it syncs well. However the mobile app would be much better if it had a to mirror the buttons for left handers. I've 'completed' many tasks that I mean to add to my day, it's a little annoying
2024-09-24 | Brandon Quinlan | Microsoft To do has the basics but lacks the necessary automation and QoL features that other apps have. For example, syncing with smart home devices, sharing to other Todo apps in case of company policies, setting repeat occurrences for a set amount of times, etc. Some features would be easy to add but there hasn't been any substantial update to the app for years. Overall, seek an alternative unless you can settle with only Microsoft syncing and lackluster QoL.
2024-09-21 | Caleb Wesley | I have reminders turned off in the app. Yet it still makes me dismiss a popup EVERY time I open the app telling me to give the app reminder permissions on my phone. An app should never beg for permissions constantly unless you intend to be spyware. This goes quadruple when the app has a setting for that feature that you have turned off anyway. Horrible design and potential spyware.
2024-09-20 | Rachel Hopka | This is an awesome app that helps me organize everything from tasks to be done to shopping lists for different stores. I have even mapped out my short-term goals/"To Do" list as well as my long-term goals/"To Do" list. I used to have tons of sticky notes everywhere n piled on top of each other....Now I just use this app to organize everything in my life which makes it less stressful. Whoever designed this app was a true genius!!!
2024-09-16 | Holly Strauss | I think Microsoft To-Do is one of the better applications out there. I do think from an tracking standpoint, adding more Outlook and project like features would help tremendously. For example, if a task goes "unchecked" where I can find my "overdue" items? You can't. Another example, if I want to copy the subtasks into another new task, you can't do that. Another example, if I want to group tasks that are dependent on each other for completion, you can't. So much potential!
2024-09-12 | Alea Cantwell | The app works beautifuly and it actually helps me remember what I need. I just wish it had options and suggestions for ideas on what to add to the persons specific list. Perhaps something AI generated or stuff that was thought up buy other users. Also more customizations with the themes of the list. Maybe a background that is motivational or goes on point with the list but is still stock, general licensed, or public domain themed. Hope this helps if someone actually reads this.
2024-08-27 | Gr Murr | Overall it's a pretty well put together app. My biggest issue is it somehow managed to pull old text from the clipboard when pasting. If I copy and paste some text I can paste it into a message immediately but if I try and paste it in a note it pulls the last thing I had copied. Overall pretty annoying but not a deal breaker |
