I would give it no Star if I could! This Application is awful!! Hard to maneuver around, you can utilize parts of it and it will not recognize it!! Saying you have to use the program within 3 days or it cancels itself! I have twice now and still telling me the same! Personally I wouldn't recommend to anyone!!

I have recently purchased Microsoft subscription and upgraded my OneDrive storage. But the app is worst when it comes to pictures. Thumbnails won't display, slide won't work, I don't know which picture I am to select. Sometimes download doesn't work. It's the worst storage app. I couldn't give 0 ratings so I had to give 1. Fix your App

Does not function at all. Just authorized payment for 365 personal subscription and so far have seen messages saying "we are experiencing problems" and "no internet connection" which is not correct as all 5 other connected devices in my room are online, and a continual loop of being prompted to sign in, signing in (have even changed to a new password successfully hoping it might help), clicking to activate my newly purchased subscription, only to have my original free onedrive account page load

Yesterday I would have rated this app a 5. The update inflicted on users today is horrible. It makes the app virtually unusable for me. It replaced my custom folders with a bunch of chronologically generated useless ones and forces users to view a sort of 'greatest hits' reel that takes up a large percentage of their screen. This is unwanted and I can figure out how to get rid of it. PLEASE, Microsoft, disable it get rid if this awful update.

I'm a longtime 365 customer and switched my photos from Google to OneDrive to consolidate then discovered you can't buy more than 2TB storage. Search function no longer has face recognition search and even though there are albums and tags auto created with date and location the search function doesn't allow search of date, location, etc. It's truly awful to navigate, hangs, and sharing a photo is difficult. I thought with AI this would be fixed. COME ON Microsoft. You should do better.

Borderline malware. I had this on my computer for years, and it did nothing but slow it down. Whenever I turned my computer on with OneDrive, it would sit for 3 minutes at 100% disk space usage before I could do anything. When I finally decided I was done with OneDrive, it took 5 hours to safely unhook my computer from it. And the result? Now, when I turn my computer on, I can use it in 10 seconds instead of 3 minutes. If you value your device not acting up on startup, never get OneDrive.

Not perfect but is good. There are many things that are good but I will point out only my main concern so maybe developers can take a look into it and fix it. Main issue - Moving Files - the app "allows" you to move up to 100 files, however if I try to select more than 40 or 50 files at at a time the app just crashes, that doesn't happen with my iPhone but it does happen with my all my other Android phones. That is annoying, I don't want to have to go to my iPhone or my computer to move files

If I could rate this lower than one star, I would. It completely wrecked my computer and my phone by moving my personal folders all over the place, including into buried system folders, and it has been a week-long process trying to figure out what problem was and now trying to reclaim my stuff from it. Do yourself a favor and never turn it on ever.

I downloaded the app, and paid for 50gb of storage. I uploaded 10gb of pics and videos. I then got a new phone and now when i log in, my subscription does not exist and all of my photos are missing. I've chatted with support 3 times, and all they can say is they don't see any subscription. I was able to get a transaction id from Google Play and am waiting for a response to the email I sent to microsoft. Hopefully they will be able to locate the 7 years of irreplaceable memories I'm missing....

It goes through your media without permission. Said it created a memory so its scannong my.photos without permission. Even when you have back up turned off. I want to sue them. It doesnt want to upload on a celluar network..prefers wifi. Its starting to have problems and not load folders and files on my devices. Doesn't allow you do anything with excel and will create new files if you attempt to edit. Steals photos when you say not to back up photos. Steals photos!🚨
