| 2024-11-28 |  | | This application has been horrible. It's unstable, misleading, and very unreliable. I just simply wanted to edit a document. Upon even Googling how to, just in case I did forget or this software changed; The options, simply, just didn't exist. This specific mobile app also tells you to close it anytime you change a setting. Also, deleted files are still there, and are just responding with an error code afterwards. |

I also am charged a monthly fee without authorization. How can such a large company in the US get away with this kind of service? In the past, the same thing happened with my Excel documents. Very basic programs that have been around this long and doesn't work? Where did my private documents go? Complete garbage!! |

So of you are zooming into a pdf and swipe into the side scroller you are switching pages all over the place. It should always b visible and not always hot, you should grab the slider to move it. I am trying yo read wiring diagrams and it's not usable at all |

I really appreciate the help and Learning features within Microsoft Wondows and added functionality within their OS and office management suite when I'm using a workstation or PC. Word for mobile really helps with the side projects over here in the past few years. Thanks |
| 2024-11-23 |  | | App doesn't work on my phone anymore nor does 360, every time I try to read a document ok my phone the screen is just blank with the letters invisible. I can select the invisible text and it will even give red lines for spelling errors, which I can actually see. Will do the voice read too. |
| 2024-11-20 |  | | It's a solid Word experience, HOWEVER, the home screen where you can choose previous documents needs to be 100% better optimized for mobile. I can't even see the full title of the documents in the left side bar, which is troublesome when I name a lot of documents similarly (i.e. contracts). It should either be a bar I can drag over manually or that can better display horizontal text. This is on my Z Fold 6. It's the same on the outside and inside screen so makes me think it's a universal issue. |

Recently, the picture style and frames have been dysfunctional by flipping the pictures upside-down and reverse image. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't fix this error. Please advise on how to remedy the image style errors. |

I wish the $19.95 tier price would allow you to use apps. it sucks for me. I am single and do not need to have a family plan that microsoft constantly tries to force down my throat. if you have this same issue . Find someone with family plan. that plan comes with 5 accounts. it's easy to add someone. |
