The app devs designed the app around their own use rather than the rest of us. For example, the menu at the bottom has "Channels" and finding your contacts is like looking for Waldo. Contacts are hidden. Who thought this is a good idea? And what is Channels for? Otherwise, it's a semi decent email client and better than Gmail. I still prefer Apple's email client but that's not available on Android. Keep it simple.

The search usually doesn't work right, and why can't I search my Junk folder? I mean, when someone says maybe it went into your spam mail, wouldn't be nice to able to search and find out? Also, I love how you list a "no reply" email for your contact. A bunch of my mail is bouncing back to the sender, even my car payment stuff. I don't have anything blocked or rerouted. I blacklist is empty so everything should go to my Inbox or Junk folders, nothing should be bouncing back to senders.

Outlook continues to be the best email application I have ever used. I rated this app 5-Stars last year and I am taking the opportunity to do it again! It remains the most versatile app and makes it easy to organize the functions in the order that best suites my needs. Whether planning events, scheduling meetings, responding to emails or simply filing or retreiving information; Microsoft Outlook is capable of performing them all...

Customer support is nonexistent. Can't send an email due to a login issue. Can't contact a live person to address the issue. When I try to call the number again to go through their automated tree again I'm denied. I switched to this email when my gmail got spammed and was looking forward to it since I use it for work. Very disappointed I can't get support to send a simple email. The customer support should not be non-existant. This is an absolute trash experience and you should avoid outlook.

When you PAY for a service you shouldn't have to deal with ads. I paid for a family plan with Microsoft 365 switching from the other email apps to avoid ads. I have followed all of the suggestions provided by Microsoft to fix this with no change. No replied from support or customer care. Having ads in an email platform just looks trashy and shows insecurity in the system. But if this is the way it is I may as well do it for free.

Nice App just thought I would update my thoughts from my previous review . OutLook makes mail organizing easy with the two folder option . Focus inbox is the place where all the important emails are sent . Other inbox is where all other mail is sent instead both being all together just makes this much better . I believe you can use Outlook without this feature if you prefer all your mail in one area .

It seems like once a year there are almost 300+ spam and just junk phishing emails that don't make it to the junk folder\deleted (automatically). It becomes annoying and I find myself unable to seamlessly sort through the important ones. The security and "guards" microsoft has for outlook is just garbage - for lack of a better term. Seriously might just delete outlook as a whole unless there's a fix soon.

Microsoft is doing it again. While Gmail can easily setup sync for old Exchange servers. Microsoft on the other hand choose not to support their old customers. Microsoft used to be a popular vendor because their backward compatibility was great; however, it seemed they are more focusing on forcing users to migrate without too much side value. It's disappointing.

Pretty satisfied so far. I've only been using the app for about a week now but I have several accounts. I the customizability, layout and ease of use. I also appreciate that I was able to seamlessly add my new college email without an issue. All in all, I'll probably stick with this through college and beyond.

1) There is no way to clear search history or delete folders in the Outlook app. The only way to do either of these tasks is to log in to Outlook on a laptop or desktop. I don't understand how either of these features haven't been added yet. 2) I can't clear old files from the Files tab in Outlook. I deleted the emails that contained the file attachments, but they still show up in the File tab. 3) Found accounts keep appearing when adding an account with NO WAY TO REMOVE them.
