Spinning, spinning, spinning..... Horrible! This app was adequate at best before, but as of the last update it's useless. Continues to connect and disconnect from my phone and just spins on each photo as I try to copy to my laptop. Useless... Very disappointing Microsoft. I expect more for my $11/month.

Been using this for some time now, until the other day at the office. Works fine at home, but the office went belly up. Keeps telling me it cannot sync. Reading through all the help screens was of NO USE. The amount of time I had to sign in and try to get it to work was infuriating. Like a virtual loop of signing in. They get you hooked on a product and then mess it all up, so you waste time and energy.

Used to work great. Use that everyday. You're very nicely period something changed and now I can't cast my phone onto my computer screen. It's not an issue with connectivity since I am connected. And I can see all of my phone's features but the casting option. Stopped working for no apparent reason. I'll be switching to another app now

It is disgusting how Microsoft has botched the link to windows! In trying to link the phone to a computer you are repeatedly caught in an unending loop of creating the phone link setup, updates, and going through the steps over and over on link the windows only to find that it's not connected! I am so disgusted at with Microsoft that I've decided. I will definitely not be using it any longer. I am waiting for my subscription period to and will not even consider using this b****sh*** again!

I can no longer get my pictures to load. I've had to fight with it to get the thing connected. The pictures I did get loaded can't be opened because the file is corrupted??? With brand new pictures...it won't automatically transfer to my file any more and I'm getting tired of messing with it. I tried reinstalling today but it still won't work. I'm so done.

So far so so. Microsoft side of it is clunky & tedious. Update 11/16/24: Running better but still haven't figured out why I need it. Is it convenient to get messages on my computer even with my phone sitting right next to my computer? Yes, but probably not worth the hassle this thing has been. Also when you need help dealing with Microsoft is tedious.

Does everything except the most fundamental thing that it should do. The sound from a phone call will not route through the computer. I can answer a phone call with a touch of a button on my computer, but it does no good if my phone is 10 feet away from me and the sound will not route to my computer. This APP desperately needs a CR added to the beginning of it: CR + APP = CRAPP!!!!

The fact o have to use this piece of garbage to connect to my PC to transfer files I OWN, is disgusting. I hate this app, it is terrible, ALWATS disconnecting me, and I can't transfer ANY files I have made and bought!!! I hate you, Microsoft!! If it weren't for your disability accessible UI and settings, I'd switch in an instant!!

I used to like having my phone constantly linked to my PC without needing to think about it, especially for copy-paste functionality. Unfortunately lately the app has been draining my battery in the background like crazy, where usually I'd end the day with about 20-30% battery left, now it's completely drained before I even finish the day! I turned it off from the phones settings (samsung) and I won't be using it until it's fixed. Turning it off and on is not a solution.

Difficult to use when switching between computers. The app seems to work well on my laptop. However, when I access my home desktop, I always get error messages that it's not connecting even though all my settings are the preferred and recommended. Not sure why it has such a hard time moving between one computer and another since the phone is supposedly linked to both computers
