| 2024-11-17 |  | | When I get to the "Add Payment" section, I put my credit card in, and the app does that circle spin like it's thinking. I've checked that my credit card info was correct, but the app won't except it. Can't make any online purchases through the app. Very inconvenient. |
| 2024-11-15 |  | | I've not been able to use this app or the website for around six months. I finally figured a work-a-round on my PC to allow my anti track to allow the website to load. But I still had a problem with my android. Turns out Michaels has to have the VPN turned off because it needs the correct service area to work. |
| 2024-11-12 |  | | Absolute failure, I'm sure costing Michaels $Ms in revenue. The app would not save my credit card details during check out. I entered all my data, hit "Save", a little circle animation occurs, then nothing happens. The only thing I can do is hit the X to exit the form and it goes back to my cart with no card added. I just tried for 10 minutes trying to check out but the app doesn't work. |
| 2024-11-11 |  | | I tried to make a purchase through the app. Every time I did, the payment portion would spin like it was thinking, then stop, but no payments were taken. I was unable to complete a purchase due to that. If I tried to delete an item out of my cart, it would just go to the item's page. There wasn't a sort or filter option to shop just Michael's that I could find. This app costed Michael's a sale. |
| 2024-11-03 |  | | I love shopping at michaels but lately it won't let me make a purchase only with my paypal. I even updated my app and my phone and still can't use my card to make purchases. It just goes like it's processing and nothing. I purchased a gift card to make a big purchase and still can't even order. It's frustrating and disappointing. |
| 2024-10-27 |  | | The navigation in this app is terrible and not user friendly. If you search for something and select an item to look at the description page, hitting the back arrow doesn't take you back to the search results, so you have to start over. When looking at an item, the drop down box automatically opens the keyboard instead of just letting you scroll through the color selector. They stick a big "out of stock" box over an item instead of letting you look at it. You can't filter out 3rd party sellers. |
| 2024-10-18 |  | | Dysfunctional app. Kept popping up a request processing prompt while I was just shopping. Then when I went to pay it didn't give me any confirmation page or indicate I had completed the transaction so I thought it didn't go through. Found out later it had gone through but never gave me any info confirming my purchase. I guess we'll see if the items I ordered ever arrive. Never had such a bad experience on an app. I don't reccomend. |
| 2024-10-09 |  | | This is the second worst app I've ever used for many reasons. Not the least of which is it being ridiculously slow even on a high-speed connection. It's pretty obnoxious to have people behind you in line waiting several minutes for you to be able to check out because you're waiting on this app to pull up your barcode or coupons. If Michael's prices were competitive, this wouldn't be so bad. But you have to use the app to get the prices even close to their competitors. |
| 2024-10-06 |  | | The previous update was already bad enough (I hate shuffling through 3rd party items), but this latest one (as of early April 2023) just constantly crashes. Goes right along with your lack of good coupons nowadays and mediocre sales. This used to be my favorite art store to buy supplies for my business. Now, the competition gets 90%+ of my business. I miss the old Michael's. 10/2024-Still always something. Trying to make a purchase, yet app won't save my information for me to even checkout... |
| 2024-10-05 |  | | Made it through browsing for, finding, and adding to cart all the items I wish to purchase. I go to pay; put in my payment info, and the app refuses to accept my inputs. I checked, I am using correct card number/etc., but for some reason the app stops processing once I hit 'save' so I can pay; and thus I am unable to order anything from the app. Which defeats the point of it. |
