2024-02-13 | Beckie Leigh | ETA: The app has gotten slightly better, but it will still lock me out if I exclusively use biometrics to login. The lady at the bank said she doesn't know why the app does that, and she suggested to login with my username and password every so often instead of using biometrics. The app makes me go through the entire authentication process every time, even though I've saved the biometric login. It's super annoying if I'm just wanting to check my balance. The BTH Bank app never had this issue. | |

Password login doesn't work unless you type it in (it will just fail with an opaque error otherwise), so you can't even use a password manager without frustration 3. Check deposit image previews are broken so you have to guess how to line up this garbled, wrong aspect-ratio, fish-eye lens mess and hope that you did it right | |
2023-12-12 | Jimmy Hudson | After an update a few months ago i have completely quit receiving push notifications for the alerts i have setup. Have uninstalled app, toggled all settings and nothing. Update: Two months on and still do not get push notifications, cannot setup an access code instead of password as it will erase everything from the app like I reset the settings. Seems to be only the Android version of the app as I know people with iPhones who have not had issues with their app. | |
2023-11-22 | ArgyleGroove | Awful all around! As someone else said, I too have trouble logging in with both the password and fingerprint. I have to randomly reauthorize the app to use it. Now I was forced to update it yesterday, and since then paycheck has shown as pending and not posted, it won't add the check to the total balance so I'm afraid to pay bills yet because I don't want to overdraft. I spoke to csr we Uninstaller and re-installed etc. All she wants is for me to take screen shots next time it happened because I guessing she does not believe me. It just happened again and I did not take screen shots. I happen to know that they can look and see how many times I have enrolled themselves. I have several banking apps that I do not have issues with so yea I am not happy! | |

Even though I logged in the day before. The financial institution tells me to reinstall. It worked the first time I tried. Now it's the same thing over and over. I have uninstalled, reinstalled four times and still can't get in. If I could give a -10 rating I would. 6.29.23 Update: this app just gets worse and worse. It lacks basic functionality that many of it's competitor banks offer like transfers and looking up account or routing numbers. The app routinely logs me out (even with biometrics or pin access set up), prompting me to re-login and re-sign up for mobile banking. I sure hope Origin manages their money better than they build apps because otherwise they may resting next to SVB soon. | |

Extremely difficult to sign in, especially when you have recently established your code because the fingerprint identification doesn't work! Saved credentials tend to disappear often, no user name or auto populated password. Just simply frustrating! The only reason I decided to uninstall and re-install, after several attempts to get in my account, is simply because of the picture deposit option. This apps needs to be assessed for better operational features. |
