Whenever you hit the trash can button it replaces a new authenticator id which makes hard time to contact HR to request change of ID or when you uninstalled it. Also it only accepts one device unlike Unionbank 2 or more devices can generate OTP when you authorize it. Unionbank can also have a choice to receive OTP via text and if you reinstalled the app still can generate otp again, unlike this trash metrobank authenticator you can do nothing. |
