If zero or even negative stars were allowed that would still be too good for this horrible app. There is absolutely no product or app support and very simply, the app DOES NOT WORK!! I can't even begin to list all of the problems - let's just say that the only feature that works is the login screen. How long it takes is a different story. And forget anything past that.

Update: It's been almost 7 years now my little cheap Meshare cameras are still working. I have 5 in total and for the price and price of storage I'm a totally satisfied customer. I have had two of these cameras for almost two years now. They connect to my Wi-Fi and have worked flawlessly. It does trouble me to see so many low ratings. I am just super glad mine work so well. I have the 7 day recording plan and can always see my recorded history..

Experience was horrible!! Camaras cannot connect QR codes are invalid.. App just times out over and over. Your not even able to add manually it just freezes and makes you start over. Even emailed the customer service email provided. Got absolutely no help was just told to make sure my Wifi password was correct. Which it is!! Now I can't even get a response regarding more help.. We will be returning all four camaras we purchased. But wanted others too know the App DOESN'T WORK..
