My steps give you access to all the information you need as a citizen to know your rights and carry out your administrative procedures.
The Mes Démarches application is not affiliated with, approved or sponsored by the government or any French public agency. We are an independent company focused on providing information on administrative procedures.
Our application does not offer any purchase of services and does not transmit any data. It offers, in an optimized way for an application, the open-source content of service-public.fr
The “Your rights” section informs you about the formalities that are carried out at the town hall or various public services:
- Birth or marriage certificate
- Identity card and passport
- Registration document and driving license
- Procedure for a residence permit in France (at the prefecture)
- Exit and travel certificate from the Ministry of the Interior
There is a clear division to find the approach that interests you:
Family: CAF, family allowances, childcare…
Social Health: Vitale card, RSA, Activity bonus, Social security…
Transport: Technical inspection, fines, anti-pollution measures, etc.
Work: Worker rights, CDD / CDI contracts, work-study contracts, etc.
Housing: Tenant rights, town planning / PLU, rental charges, etc.
Money: Livret A, LDD, taxes, insurance and bank accounts….
Justice: File a complaint, go to court, theft, discrimination….
And much more.
In the simulator section you will have access to a calculator for housing assistance, alimony or calculation of withholding tax... we will add new social simulators regularly.
With “Map” you will find the nearest town hall to carry out your procedure. We will soon add prefectures and other elements so that you always have your nearest public service available in the app.
With the “safe” you can store your family’s important documents in a secure and encrypted manner: passports, identity cards, family record book, etc.
We thank the public service for providing a wealth of data and information on the procedures.
