Great start, but terrible finish. From best in offers and rewards they ended up with paying just 1 penny per receipt. To get extra you have to submit pics of products in your receipt as a proof and if you can't they invalidate the whole receipt and not paying at all. Very attentive customer service transformed into very rude, demanding and not helpful team. Not going to survive for long.

Nightmare! You have to work very hard to get 1 penny! They now invalidate every receipt over 10 points worth. They ask to provide picture of every product in your receipt and if you don't keep boxes/wraps they simply don't pay at all for the whole receipt, no matter how many products in your receipt. Customer service is rude and threatening to block you every time you try to get your money.

Customer service is very responsive! They have handled all my receipt reviews very quickly and efficiently. When I first joined the all receipts were 25 points, now they are only 10. You have to purchase their products to really accrue points and you can only upload 10 receipts in a rolling 7 day period. Otherwise I would give a better rating if points acrued faster and you can upload more receipts.

******UPDATE********* Things have changed and I find myself having to put back receipts because of the limit of uploads in a rolling period, which also makes a few ineligible. It's really more trouble than it's worth. Like many others, deleting as soon as I get enough for rewards.*** My biggest complaint is the limit on the number of receipts you can scan in a limited amount of time 😐, so I wind up stashing them away until I can scan them.

Not nearly as good as Fetch. Was better when it gave 50 points for any receipt but it has gone down to 25 then to 10 and it is definitely a waste of space especially with the limited amount of receipts you can submit. Only keep the app cause it costs nothing and eventually I might receive a gift card. Once I do finally get a gift card I'm uninstalling.

Update: Points were lowered again to 10 points per receipt!! Bad decision!! It was good but now they cut the receipt rewards down from 50 points to 25 which I can see here people are not happy about ,including me. I could see if they cut down say anything under $10 only earning 25 points but not all the receipts! I see a lot of people that say they're not going to use it anymore now. There aren't really a lot of products you can learn extra points on and they are very expensive products.

When I first downloaded this app it was great. You got 50 points per paper receipt, which made up for it not giving any points for digital receipts. Then they changed it to 25 points per paper receipt a year or so ago. Now they just changed it to 10 points per paper receipt and limit 10 receipts per 7 days. As soon as I get enough to cash in the reward I want I'm deleting this app.

This used to be a great app, but they've lowered the point amount per receipt so low it doesn't even make it worth it. It went from 50 points per receipt, down to 25, and now down to 10. That's just shameful. They've also upped the amount form $5 to $20 for Amazon gift cards. At 10 points per receipt, you might earn a gift card every couple of years. Time to uninstall and let all my friends know this app isn't worth their time. Developer response: you clearly don't care and give the same answer

Initially worked ok, than the points received (if you don't buy the suggested items) dropped from 50 to 25 now 10. Also,it's tricky to correct the item once u accept the initial scan. When you try to review an incorrect item, the app doesn't let u use the scanner again. Therefore, the only way you can correct you to write to customer support l, who normally doesn'tcorrect the item..

I liked the app until the recent changes to receipt incentives. You are now limited to 10 receipts per rolling week and each receipt only awards 10 points ($0.01) instead of 25 points ($0.025), making this app one of the worst receipt redemption platforms I'm using. This change combined with very high point balance for the gift cards I prefer make me very unlikely to continue using it. Hopefully they improve it as it is nice having a receipt app dedicated to more healthy products.
