2024-06-02 | j navillus | This app is absolute garbage. Won't save profile changes (even when it tells you the change was successful). Won't let you update your email. When you enter the contact info you want to use for an order, it still defaults most of the communication to the info on your profile, which again, it won't let you update. Better off foregoing your accumulated points and just starting a new account if you move, change email addresses, or get a new phone number. | |

I'd also appreciate if the first items that popped up in the "coupons" section were favorite list items, if applicable. Shoppers like me like to be precise. Self-serving stores push items we don't want. We'll support you when you cater to our needs and desires. And list like items by a standard measure so we can compare. No more dishonesty. | |
2024-03-11 | Heidi-Jeanne Johnson | Quite aggravating!! Most aggravating are the e~coupons! 1st is that it won't even "clip" them when you tap on it. 2nd is the selection of them. There's not many food products to choose from. It's mostly personal care & household items offered. Plus, a lot of the food ones are for lesser known items. 3rd is the writing below each item can't be read. There's words on top of words. You have to tap the item to see what it says. Super disappointing. And I bet nothing will be done to change that:( | |

Must sign up again and even then your advantage card does not appear every time, most the time it's just a white screen with the brightness set to 100%. After initially creating an account, an error is reported of improperly formatted information. That's not the case. Upon requesting verification code for email password, verification is approved. After verifying successfully, tells me my account does not exist. I go to create... Again! Tells me that account already exists... Endless circle! | |
2023-01-29 | Bridget White | ERROR.... just downloaded the app to add digital coupons and I can't even login. I tried resetting my password and restarting the app with zero results. Keep getting there was an error message. Not a great start, hopefully the cashier can use a store version??? This just wasted an hour of my time. 🤔 Fix your app and streamline things like all the other stores have. | |

I dared try to combine the weekly ad feature & browse feature I lose whatever I had on the latter list. Have tried in all modes, like delivery, pickup or list shopping. WAS trying to shop local Market 32 store for 1st time and I failed the test for new shoppers. With the ridiculous cost of groceries now I HAVE to know my cost, even if approximate before I step foot in a store. Not enuf room to complain further. Horrible! | |
2022-07-31 | Michelle T | If I could give it zero stars I would. The app signed me out and has had an error message when trying to sign back in for weeks now. It keeps telling me to send a verification code to my email but the verification code never actually works to sign in. I only shopped at Market 32 when I had e-coupons to use. Now that I can't access them I do all of my grocery shopping elsewhere. Fix this before you lose more customers. | |
2021-09-27 | Jim Delfavero | This app is horrible. I can't get my card number registered. I even called the Hotline and tried to straighten it out, and guess what ? It still doesn't work! The last couple of times I was shopping at price chopper I had the cashier override the system and put in the coupon savings. And guess what? I'm still going to keep doing it! I'll be that annoying guy! Hopefully this isn't a precursor for the Golub/Tops merger, like Sears and Kmart. | |
2021-08-13 | RobĂn Bradley | After clipping the coupons I want and shopping for them when I scan them at the register they DO NOT show up. I DO NOT GET the coupon amount taken off. The store employees tried but couldn't help. Calling customer service was WORSE. Snotty, rude and unable to understand what the issue was!!! No help . Had to search online to find out that I was right, my card is too old. Need to get new acct. # |
