Their excuse is they cannot get a hold of the restaurant and they are the ones that can determine if the money can be given back or not. How can you get a hold of a restaurant that is permanently closed and has been for over a month now? Worst customer service ever and I am almost 200 dollars short now. | |

Menufy did not communicate the requested time to the restaurant, so they prepared it immediately and then it sat on the counter for 5 hours. First, you can't see any of your past orders which can be a problem when you're having difficulties with the delivery. Literally just had someone speed off with an order and had to get in contact with customer service to try and get it replaced. Second, they don't have any of their info to get in contact with menufy if you do have a problem. We had to call the restaurant. | |
