The videos doesn't work either. They start playing and stops just after a few seconds. Clearing cache and re-instaling the app doesn't solve the issue. I would not buy or recommend the device given the poor quality of the app. |

| 2024-12-02 |  | | App is not smooth on Android, on my Samsung s23 ultra, after taking one measurement, if I try to go for 2nd measurement, the ball stop rolling, need to restart the app again. Plz fix this. |
| 2024-11-03 |  | | I've used this daily since July 2024. There is now a significant difference in how I feel before using, and after using it. On average most days are more focussed, mood is more level and I feel more able to use reasoning more than reacting. If I want to focus on a thing, I can, far more than before. The effects are subtle and build over weeks, please note. I would like an unlimited time option PLEASE!! |
| 2024-10-30 |  | | The app on Android is pretty horrible. The play pause function on the videos don't work and so usually you have to restart the whole video since it won't unpause properly. There's no way to change the speed of the videos as well. Please fix this |

At times the sound settings don't actually follow what where I set it. I wonder about the reliability of the blood flow reading or mending score also. | 2024-09-27 |  | | I have had my device since 2022. I like and have seen many changes to accommodate and improve the consumer experience. My son is 7, and I am allowing him to use it to improve his attention and focus at home and school. It's only been a week. I will give an update un 30 days. In the last year, I am forced to uninstall and reinstall in order for the app to connect and recognize the device is on. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but it can be very annoying. |

The Zen desk help thing apparently isn't manned, so I emailed. It's charged, I restarted my phone, I made sure it wasn't connected to any other devices. |
