| 2024-08-15 |  | | This app is useless. It never reads a bloody thing. All it says when you try to read a document is "OOPS" rate app. It has never worked yet it's meant to open document files. Had to give a one star rating. Had I had my choice I wouldn't have given it any. 👎👎👎👎👎 |

I have tried around 20 different .pages documents and for every single one it said that the file couldn't be opened. I made sure the app had proper file permissions before. |

Also, found a bug while reading a PDF if you turn off and on a screen it moves on to the next page always. PS - 1 star for attention otherwise the app is lot better Update - Moving to next page on screen turn off fixed with the update. Next Update - Broken again with new update. |

Then nothing happens except saying my case is closed or a survey asking how they did. I'm still not able to access my child support from the beginning of October. Instead they keep asking me to make a new account. Fail. |

The highlighting is the only thing this app is lacking, otherwise a very great app. |
