| 2024-11-13 |  | | Very bad app. When i updated this app last time from google play, i lost all my maps, i contacted the customer service to get them back, one week of e- mails with no outcome. I lost very important info. I do not recommend it at all |
| 2024-11-13 |  | | The difficulty with the app is the formatting for android. When you got to click into a box to type, it centres the line low on the screen. When this happens, the text window is now below some pop up formatting options, so you can't see what you're typing! There also needs to be an attach to X feature, as the boxes sometimes attach to the central box if you double click on them, the only options are to detach and reattach to the same one, or cut and paste. Painful. |

Been a fan for years who subscribes when needed and this pisses me off. Tell me it's clause number 13 in the receipt or something from January that says they will not refund. Well then stop putting us on auto renew!! They did eventually refund, after 6 emails, but further down the road told me I didn't even have an account with them at all, when I've only ever had 1 for years |
| 2024-10-24 |  | | I've been using this for years now, and it's been great. The design has always been clear + easy to use! It's really sad to see the company get progressively more money hungry. I understand needing money, no problems with a map, but I've noticed more and more smaller things getting locked behind it. Recently, custom colors! Forced me to have to change colors of a whole mindmap. I added to old sections.. colors wouldn't match. Now, I have sections with same color and it's confusing. Unnecessary. |
| 2023-12-12 |  | | Very clean interface, and easy to use. I only have two complaints: 1. Occasionally the app freezes. (It may be my device) 2. The Free version only allows 3 maps, And no file attachments. Still, it is one of the top Mind-Mapping apps/software out there. |

The only issue I have is that I exported the files for my maps into .mind because I got a new phone. I am no longer able to open these files with the app anymore. Would love to have this feature back, its a mistake to be rid of it. |
| 2023-10-13 |  | | The new editor is really bad on Android. 1. When creating or editing a node, controls are shown on top of the text, so you don't see the text. 2. Long text is cut without any indication. 3. Cursor is often not visible when you edit a node. 4. When you create a node, the first letter is lower ('a' instead of 'A'). 5. Where is the node linking functionality? Please start using your own software and fix bugs asap. Or simply reimburse the money I paid, and I'll switch to another app. |
| 2023-08-16 |  | | Has potential but the app needs work. can't edit cells, deleting cells throws an error. creating new cells moves the view so you can't see what you're doing unless you manually move the view and if the chart is new the view limiting can prevent that from even being possible. a UX pass wouldn't be a bad idea. it has the potential to be great, but definitely isn't there yet. Tried leaving feedback through the app and it also failed. |

There is nothing more discouraging than putting time into a mind map only to have it give the error message and not load or cross-progress onto PC. Heartbreaking waste of time that is honestly hard to forgive you guys for. No internet issues or anything like that either. Just an error 🤷♂️ |
| 2023-03-06 |  | | EDIT: I went to the desktop version of MindMeister. That is excellent!! Now that is what I had hoped for. This app isn't ready and is frustrating. The computer version is worth your time! I really wanted to like this app. Such slick ideas are presented by the company but no parts of this app actually work. So buggy. Every word I tried adding or sub topics kept popping in extra letters and popped into new areas on the screen. Don't waste your time, look elsewhere. |
