I love this app so much! It hasn't been updated to match the updated android version and I would love if it could. The app is perfect for those looking for spots around them that are great for stargazing. It gives varying levels of darkness and makes it so easy to navigate to by either Google maps or Waze. If it would get updated, I'd get it again in an instant.
Ok for the light map, but cloud cover is spotty. Many times I have had the app report zero cloud cover only to step out and see the cloud cover is 70% or more. Even the radar cloud cover map is spotty. Other times this app has reported heavy cloud cover of 50% or more only for no cloud cover to exist.
I had Best Experience on finding the stargazing sites with the help of this app in comparison with others. The App is perfect n explains better in details about the light pollution. It also has better Bortle Scale description for a wider range of areas(while most of the apps don't even show the data of those areas). More database.
