I have not had any issues with this app, but I do have one gripe, which is that there is no way to print documents. It won't allow screenshots to be taken either, which I can understand, but I don't know how else to get my documents in paper form without having to go to the clinic.

Trying to make a billing payment and it never loads. When I try to call, they referre me to the app. My 10$ bill is going to collections lol what a freaking joke

This is the worst app I think I have ever used. I need to call support every time I try to log in because even the first time I do it it says they're not recognizing my username or my password and I've run out of attempts- at 1. So we go through the long and evolved process of resetting everything and then I can get in to see what's going on. That part of the app that contains all the information is great. But the next time I try to get in we have to go through the whole rigmarole again. Stupid

Absolutely horrible! Every time I try to log in doesn't allow me. I have to call in EVERY TIME to reset EVERYTHING! I'm over this app!

The app used to work great but then stopped. I reached out to the technical support department and after a little back and fourth I was told a tech looked into it and it works fine and it's my phone. Every other app works fine so I deleted the app and will access the portal through my email it's much quicker and no glitches or freezing

Worked well for a while, but then some features stopped working and the app started freezing a lot. I made sure there wasn't an update available, restarted my phone, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. The feature that causes the app to freeze is the visual chart for lab results. When you try to open one the app freezes. Maybe the last update caused the issue...

I'm sure it would be great if it weren't broken, but after I choose my areas portal it just gets a white screen and hangs until I close the app. So instead, I have to deal with the website and resetting my login information almost every time I use it, because even if I enter it perfectly it still denies entry. This whole system is just a headache.

Never have had good luck with this app. Prior to virtual appointments I test my connection and it always says I have denied mic and camera permissions so the testing fails. However, checking permissions in settings and yes, I HAVE granted access to those permissions, but app says otherwise. So I always have to use the link provided by my provider and use the Avera Portal on Chrome instead of this app, which defeats the purpose of having/using the app. Deleting this useless app.

It used to be great (was 5 stars), but in the past day or so has frozen & become sluggish, then told me password & username combination are incorrect despite just having changed it a few weeks ago when it did the same thing & I asked to reset password. Today I have tried to log in over 15x total; asked for reset close to 5 hours ago and I still haven't heard back! I needed access to time sensitive info & the window is closing to get it to my employer in time!

This is the worst App I have ever experienced, EVER!!! PROBLEMS logging in, accessing anything or anyone for assistance!!! And, the ONLY REPLY they give, that I seen, was for ONLY ONE Rating, out of maybe 2 or 3 positives!??! I have to contact one Doctor, in regards to a vital med and I'm finding it impossible!!! PITIFUL!!!
