2024-10-11 | Francesco Gabriele | Its not possible to have a 2nd pizza free coupon and still change the ingredients on a selected pizza. It would be nice if instead of selecting the pizzas inside the coupon, the coupon would use your cart, so you have full flexibility on changing your pizza how you want it to
2024-09-20 | Marthijn Beilschmidt | Ui glitches, if you travel through menu's, going back or selecting a coupon you will sometimes loss your progress and have to start over. Some coupons will not show incompatibilities until you configured 2 pizza's, wasting your time.
2024-09-17 | Horkda | UI garbo, slow, random menus open, bad overal view of the menu.
2024-09-03 | P C | Newest update is not very responsive. Touch buttons don't always function.
2024-08-31 | wouter moolenaar | Good for menu and order placement. Unrealistic 'live' delivery process. Pizza being made and delivered in 20 minutes.. and than wait outside for 20+ minutes more fore the real delivery.
2024-08-02 | Konstantinos Koutalis | I love NY pizza but their app is buggy. Menus do not open easily and as I realized, the tip menu is wonky. If you tap on an amount multiple times (say you switch from iDeal to credit card and back) the selected tip disappears but has been added to the order. If you don't notice it like me, you pay a bit of too much 🙃 I'm all pro tipping but 15 eur tip on a 30 eur pizza order while living across the street from them is a tad too much. Lucky delivery person, they loved the tip.
2024-07-25 | Joshua Andrea | Better than mobile version of the website at least. Feels buggy, e.g. when you're in the cart, the nav menu stops functioning until you press "continue ordering". Sometimes freezes.
2024-07-11 | Luna Vissers | It works, but it's pretty janky. It looks nice on the surface, but many of the submenus straight up don't work, and there's pretty annoying bugs sometimes. The problems are exactly the same on their website, in fact the app is just a clone of the website anyways. I love NYP but their software team clearly isn't top-notch.
2023-11-11 | Simon Peeters | App is slow, every screen transition has a loading screen that lasts about 10 seconds. Haptic feedback seems to happen at random times and is not appreciated. The dominos app isn't very good either, but even that is way better than this app
2023-05-26 | Ashi Ashi | App works perfectly fine. There's only 1 thing that really annoys me. Several functions within the app make my phone vibrate when I tap them (touch feedback). In my phone's settings, vibration is turned off everywhere, it isn't allowed to do so at all. Yet in this app, I can't find a way to turn it off anywhere. Did I overlook it? If not, please add an option to turn it off. I don't want apps to overrule my phone's settings, especially not when the app doesn't even have the permission to do so. |
