Waited the 60 minutes to see the provider. I receive the phone call from the company stating that the doctor is ready to see me now, and to just join the video session. In that 30 second time frame, it was decided I took too long to the provider took someone else. Ok, no big deal. I only have a 7 minute wait. After the 7 minutes, it goes BACK to a 70 minute wait! I call back up and ask what happened and apparently if you take more than 12 seconds to enter the video chat, they put you in the back

First time user but try it you might like it. If only this app could give an answer quickly after you describe the symptoms. Then I might feel a little better and we would all be living happier and gosh darn it don't that feel much better? Ahhhh now and stay in control and don't forget your please and thank yous. I needed a doctor's note for work so I could go back. All the providers and clinics in my area were booked out till the end of the month. I did a quick Google search and found this app. Not only is it cheap but I was in line and got a doctor's note with no problems and pretty much took no time. I would definitely recommend if you need a doctor's note in a pinch.
