2023-08-08 | Justin Bell | Not good. The crop function is absolutely useless. There is no real cropping ability. You can only slightly move the image in the crop area. The rotation wouldn't save until trying it 3 times. After selecting one photo to print (wanted to try before committing too much) it is now stuck on 'Prepare photos....'. I think it means 'preparing photos'. Saw an ad and thought the idea was useful, I want to print more pictures. This is not how I'll be doing it. Not through CVS. I've been waiting 10min
2023-07-17 | Marc Visconte | Maddening. TMHI special of 10 free 4x6 prints got me to load this. Using it almost got me to throw my phone. Ugly UI. Limited folder locations. Picture crop is next to useless. Edits wouldn't transmit. No error codes. Doesn't save edits on exit. CVS photo folks don't know the app. Didn't save prefs. Have to re-crop each time. Pic list extremely cluttered w/ options. False negative error checking. 3 days trying. Cropped externally. Finally sent pictures. This is NOT the app to use!
2022-08-15 | Allan | I no longer have the problems I experienced before. It's convenient that it saves your progress, but there's also no undo button or confirmation for edits. Nonetheless, it's a very easy-to-use app. Although it already allows you to select from different albums and galleries throughout your phone, it also does not recognize many of the other ones, forcing us to find a solution to transfer the photos we do want to the available albums. There's no reviewing your past orders.
2022-04-12 | Quinn N | Status Mar'22: most of my advice from last year still not implemented. Needs an order history page. And photo enhancement tools. __ Jan'21: Pros: Very easy to navigate (intuitive). Works well with Tmobile Tuesday offers. _ Cons: Requires both email & # to order, instead of and/or. Does NOT send a confirmation text to phone after you place your order, so you wonder if you even typed the right email. Lacks an order history page. Lacks photo enhancement tools (fix brightness, sepia tinting, etc.)
2022-03-05 | Michael Dunbar | I got some free prints from a promo and they don't look that great. One was missing, one was duplicated, and at least three or four were blurry/fuzzy. Other apps don't have trouble with photo quality so I don't get why CVS consistently has issues. No notification that the order was finished and ready for pickup. I wasn't even sure if it had been placed properly because the app crashed and then it wouldn't let me redo anything
2022-01-18 | Morgan C.M | It's great, but could be better. The prints come out the same quality as what they are on my device. No blurryness or anything. The app is pretty easy to use, but I do wish there was options to CVS promo and discount codes. Edit: The past week or two I've been trying to make an order and they've been coming out blurry every single time. They've only done this once before when I kept crashing the app by putting in 30 photos at once and taking a bunch off when I was narrowing them down.
2021-11-05 | Ms Bardot | Terrible ability to control what was going on. My last order was $64.00 and I had no idea what I had ordered. Very, very, VERY customer unfriendly. I'm going to try other apps and in hopes of finding service close by. I will be looking for an app that shows me what I am ordering. I know I am not the only one who feels this way. It would be a benefit to me if these apps would provide cost comparison 🤔 so now when I order I only order one photo at a time. If it looks good I order one more.
2021-10-13 | Joyitha Mandal | Getting pictures up is easy and it saves your progress when you get out of the app which is great. I have a huge issue however, with the order veiwing and handing. Once you order the photos, there is no simple option to cancel the order. There should be a button. A simple button will take the frustration away and turn this into 5 stars. The app is TOO simple. To the point where they left out important apects.
2021-08-13 | Mirza Nayeem Ahmed | The app is good and easy to use. However, and this has happened twice, I go to CVS to pick up my photo and they're not able to find it. They ask me to order again and that's very inconvenient. Also, there should be a 10 minutes window to cancel an order or change the pick-up area. If you accidentally click on a wrong address, instantly calling or emailing won't even solve the problem.
2021-08-09 | Maxwell | Uploading and having it printed worked just fine, but never received a confirmation for pickup, after I dug around for a support email, I gave up and took a shot in the dark. The print was ready, and support got back to me 4 days later, letting me know that yes it was ready. If you want to blindly try and pick up your print it works just fine, just don't expect any ability to check on the status. |
