Unusable if you have ANY type of diet or water restriction. Previous app (could be a different vendor) had counts built into the menu so you could order food, just limited to approved options and salt/fluid counts. Now, if you are even tagged with a restriction, you can't even see the menu, let alone order anything. Everything grays out, and you have to call and order over the phone. So, the app is pointless, can't use it anyway. Who doesn't end up with some kind of restriction in the hospital?!
