In many cases I've had to turn my wifi connection off to use my data or connect to other networks for the app to load properly. I'm not the only one who has experienced this, but it's also astonishing the kind of poor app is coming from a megacorp with the means to fix it. | 2024-11-28 |  | | Extremely faulty app. The food isn't that great, but using the app makes it worthwhile when it actually decides to work. McDonald's, you will lose customers slowly this way. The ease and experience of using the app isn't a good one. I see multiple reviews regarding this and has anything been done? Dissatisfied. |

Instead of one app that covers all countries, this is only for some countries, but requires local language, e.g. it covers Netherlands, but only in Dutch, while Austria allows English and German. Germany isn't covered at all but requires a different app. Not only complicated, but useless, if you're a modern EU citizen, living and traveling in the Union, but aren't capable of every local language. |
| 2024-11-19 |  | | McDonalds app made is so easy to use and you get good value meals. It has always been having a place in my heart and it has the comfort meal that i want. The only thing is when i redeem a meal i have to pay separately for that meal and order the next one. (Like one meal at a time) It was not been the case before. It was easier and i can have all meals in one bill. Hope they'd bring back that feature<3 |
