Convenient I guess, but not great. Things just disappear out of my bag sometimes, "deals" are limited for no reason, so I have a massive surplus of points that are expiring. Location reminder pop-up comes up every time I order, regardless of how many times I click "got it". It's just a poorly designed app. Literally just copy the Chick-fil-A app and it would be 100x better.

I've downloaded and re-download this app multiple times due to it malfunctioning. Despite creating an account, my saved rewards had been removed, and I couldn't get them back. The app itself is very glitchy, slow, and will refresh without warning. Usually, I'm sitting awkwardly at the drive-thru, apologizing to the cashier because my app won't load. It seems like more trouble than it's worth.

No matter what I do not get a sign-in option. It's all sign-up, which I've done already. If I select '"sign-in" in the side menu it takes me to the same screen that says "sign-in or sign-up" then lists "continue with Facebook/Google/Email". I've selected all of them, they asked for basic sign-up info. Then there's only a "complete registration" button that of course tells me I've already registered with that info and need to sign-in with it. Literally no sign-in screen. Husbands app works fine.
