| 2024-10-22 |  | | I love the app, but recently the "emergency alert is active" banner keeps popping up every few minutes of using. This hasn't happened in the 4+ years I've used the app. Any fix? |
| 2024-10-20 |  | | I used to love this app. However, lately it not only sends me a notification sound, but no longer send an email or text to alert me of motion. The random notifications are aggravating & the app is worthless without the motion notifications. Finally, my Android now tells me that the app has a bug. Sad to see a great product go bad. |

I will test this again after unhiding the notification and update feedback here. Update: this app does not work on devices having Android 13 maybe this will work on 12 and lower so you may check and leave feedback accordingly. | 2021-12-19 |  | | I have used this app for years. I love the concept, yet for some reason it works and then doesn't.... Customer service is very responsive but couldn't fix the issue the couple times I've tried. Sincere effort, though! I have a new phone again and it transferred, and it's not working. So I'm uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that fixes it. It is an emergency access for me so one that works intermittently doesn't actually work for me. 🤷 Hoping technology evolution addresses it..... |
| 2021-12-01 |  | | This is so great for our team. We use it in a bit of a different way to most I think, alerting our team to different things at work. The app can vibrate as well as using different tones and voice recordings, which is great for us because we work in a noisy environment with hearing protection required. We set the app up to alert/trigger each others apps by sending the chosen code our group or team whatsapps for anything such as requiring a forklift driver, needing first aid etc. It is so easy! |
| 2021-04-23 |  | | It does what it's supposed to do very well. Great at picking up the designated notifications and sounding the alert. The only downfall is the fact that the alert will repeat non-stop until it is acknowledged. I understand that may be desired for some types of alerts, but for some lower level alerts, it would be nice to hear the selected alert sound play once. Having to take the time to pull out my phone and stop the alert is annoying when I could simply hear an alert sound once and know what it is based on how I programmed it. For that I'm giving four stars. I will give five stars if they release this option in future versions. Otherwise, well done! |
| 2021-04-23 |  | | This app is awesome! I tested it out on my Ulefone Armor 7, and it does exactly what it is supposted to do: send alerts for a specific ruleset. The alert can be customized, and tailored to suit your need whether you are a firefighter, responder, or just need an alert for important messages... I'd personally like it if was possible to have alerts also be always sent out from certain numbers, but this is OK. One function I'd like to see as well is the app sending out a test notification to a specific alert, so you can test it out. I've also recommended the app to my school's first aid team. |
| 2020-12-28 |  | | I am using this application with an Isocket power failure module. Not being up on computers and android phones I needed a lot of help and Ryan was fantastic. This is a great product and would recommend it for anyone. Works very well and is extremely versatile. I feel it is very under priced for what it can do. |
| 2020-12-22 |  | | Very nice app that works as advertised and is a very good replacement for the Fire Alert app. Would love to see the options to only play the alert for a limited amount of time, during a specific time window, and to not do the audio if the phone is in use or is in silent mode. |
