I would probably not give it 5 stars, it's not very user friendly, too complicated to find things & it's very inconsistent when it actually works. Ill get an email that I have a message or new lab result, go into the app & it's not there. | |
2023-11-26 | CM | I do not like the app. It won't open much of the time. Once you read a message, it still shows a notification, as if it was unread. The item you need to see is a pure mystery, as it may say you have a message but when I cannot find one, and waste a ton of time trying to figure it out...I call in and am told check in questionnaires! Many windows won't open, and the app closes out intermittently. | |
2023-08-22 | kathy demarino | I totally dislike the new app update. Things are all clumped together in just a few selections. Like, all test are listed together. They used to be separated by Lab, Radiology, etc. Having more categories is much easier to navigate. This new version is not only hard on the eyes, it is VERY USER UNFRIENDLY. I try to use it for appointments and it continuously crashes, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it doesn't matter somebody needs to get in there and fix any bugs or make it less prone to crashing it doesn't work as it's supposed to. Also very hard to navigate with all the new changes, too difficult to contact providers They really buried how to find that information on the updated portal not user friendly at all. | |

There's times where I try and log in and the circle just sits and spins until I close put of the application completely. Horrible experience since the update and I thought it would get better over time but not so much has helped. | |
2023-05-31 | Christina Rudlong | I hate this new app. The navigation is not easy at all, it crashes multiple times if I have even one other thing open on my phone, when you go to appointments, the tab isn't immediately intuitive to take you to the upcoming ones right away. The messages section is confusing, the past visit summaries are terrible, too - there is no font differentiation between read & unread messages. Not worth your time at all - use a desktop | |

For instance, when viewing lab results, hitting the back button sends me back to the top of the list, so I have to endlessly scroll back down each time. It also takes about twice as many clicks just to log into the app. Appointments are not front and center as they should be. No "dark mode" possible either, regardless of system settings. | |

2023-05-12 | Gigi T | Why change a perfectly working app?! After the update, the login does not work. When you finally can login, the app crashes. Also, the worst UI and UX design. Everything is super hidden. Bring back the old app, please! Update: I cant even login anymore. I used to be able to login on the app but now it redirects you to their web app to authenticate then to redirect you back to the app. In that process, it fails and kicks me out of the app. I am uninstalling this app. | |
2023-05-08 | Marielis Benet | App worked a bit before the update but now every time I try to use, or even open it, it crashes. I am trying to figure our bill payments and look at previous notes and now can barely even choose one thing before the app crashes. I have not been able to talk with my care team since I was there in person - I cannot just pop into the hospital to talk to them as I live too far away. Overall the update is awful and I wish they would undo it. |
