This is very easy to use. I was stressing when I got the letter from NYSOH saying my child need proof of residence because they only gave me 3 business days to send the letter from her school with her name, date of birth, address and when she was enrolled. I was panicking, but then I read more into the document they sent me and I saw there was an app, this app. I panicked more because I thought I would be difficult like the website, but I was super simple and easy. Make sure to take screenshots

It asks to use camera, you give app permission and then it says you have to give access for camera and tells you to go to setting/ NYSOH app and allow camera access..... Setting says it allows camera and photo access but yet it still won't let you take picture or upload it.
