2024-11-15 | Lauren Marie | Unable to play card game without repeat purchases since the last update. What a scam. I never wanted to do the challenges but with last update, you have to make purchase to get past the challenge just to play the regular game. This app has always been annoyingly busy but I will not keep paying to get through challenges I don't want to do.
2024-11-12 | Chase Verscheure | The RNG in this game is absolutely horrendous. They barely give you enough coins to play multi-player then proceed to lose all of the coins not matter how well you play because you opponent has back to back to back cards to win the game in one play. Then they force you to pay for the coins because you don't earn enough in the adventure map. Until they fix the RNG, I won't be playing this anymore. Absolutely terrible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT PLAYING!
2024-11-09 | Carolyn Adkins | Not only did they make it so you have to reach certain levels in the adventure game in order to play the offline game (which is the traditional skip-bo game I prefer to play), but now it takes 10 energy points to play one game in adventure mode, instead of 5 as previously required. As you can only accumulate 15 points at a time, you can only play one game in adventure at a time. What a ripoff!
2024-11-08 | Danielle Levoshko | I paid to get the ad-free version. Yet, I can't play the offline classic game because I have to get through these stupid "levels" first, but when i try to play the levels it blocks me because I don't have enough "coins", but not to worry, I can get coins by watching... you guessed it, an ad. Give me the $ back if you're going to force ads regardless. All I did was pay for more frustration.
2024-11-06 | Felisia Ellisor (Lisa) | edited rating: pretty fun game if you're not expecting to win many games since all the cards seem to be rigged to go in the opponents favor..and there's also tons of annoying ads after every single game..other than that it's a pretty enjoyable game ..just watch very closely how the opponents play bc there's no room for errors..I'll give it two stars if there weren't so many dang ads!!
2024-11-02 | Barrett Zeto | Really fun card game. I love solving stuff like this. However... the coin to game ratio is really lacking with how the cards are randomized. I'll play a few games and doing a great job, till it hits a moment where I need a card and I never see that number show up in the deck till the very end (or at all) which then, I either buy coins to finish that level - Or fail and have to wait an hr to play again. I get it, transactions help the developers. But damn it's a double edged sword...
2024-11-01 | Kristin Rich | Fun enough for what it is. The events sometimes make no sense and are pretty boring. Offline play is frustrating because I'm pretty positive that the deck is usually stacked in the computer's favor. EDIT: The app now makes you play to a certain level in the challenges in order to play offline, which is super annoying. I have no desire to play that way, and only really want to play the classic version of the game.
2024-10-24 | Rose Rawdon | It makes you play other games until you get to a certain level and then you get to go back to the game you actually paid for to play offline. This is supposed to be a stress reduction activity for me, very disappointing. When you can play skipbo it is great. 5 stars for the actual game 2 stars in general for the frustration. You need coins to play the unwanted games too
2024-10-22 | Eva Calvin | I love skip-bo it's my favorite card game, in the mobile version it makes you do these "side quests" where you get a pile of cards that are faced down and you have to go from 1-12 to clear them with the little help of a deck, 6-7 cards (you can only see the back) i absolutely hate these side quests, you can't play the regular game with out doing them. The problem is most of them take multiple attempts to beat. These side quests (that are litterally unavoidable) take all your coins.
2024-10-15 | Dori Berg | I loved the Skip-Bo game until they added the adventure part. Now I have to play this other game that I am NOT interested in playing in order to play the skip-bo that I want. It is super annoying as I have to reach a certain level in order to continue to play off line skip bo and it has gotten to the point where just one more level in the adventure game will not allow me to continue with the off line skip bo. Please allow us to play the offline skip bo like we used to. |
