2024-08-04 | Sadhana Nandi | Cool app. But still doesnt serve my purpose because although it gets the math equations right its not as good at detecting foreign languages like Bengali. Other scanners solely dedicated to text scanning can do it right so I know the technology exists. If Mathpix could get as good as detecting foreign languages like other dedicated text scanners I would give it 5 stars.

No more tedious typing or lost work! With lightning-fast recognition and seamless integration, Mathpix Snip has streamlined my math workflow and saved me hours of frustration. 5/5 stars for this game-changing productivity powerhouse! 💻
2023-07-08 | Ritwik Nats | This app is literally a game changer for me , specially when its comes to scan the handwritten equations,no other app comes even close. The fact that it recognises all the symbols and signs no matter how complex it is.I can easily copy the equation as it's brilliant in converting the equation and question in LaTeX with accuracy. Loved this app.
2023-06-12 | Umair Khan | Mathpix is a great app for students and professionals who need to work with math equations. It can scan and convert handwritten or printed equations into text, LaTeX, or MathML. This is incredibly helpful for taking notes, studying for exams, and collaborating with others. I highly recommend this app!
2023-06-07 | AdilNiaxi | Mathpix is an absolute game-changer for anyone who works with mathematical equations. This app is incredibly accurate and efficient in converting handwritten or printed math equations into digital, editable text.
2023-01-24 | Alan Bricker | Uh ... not for me If you don't mind the 15 steps to set up an account - email, password, special character, terms of service, check your email, verify etc. etc. etc, then maybe this app is for you. I wanted to take a single snip, not set up a bank account. THE one word that made me uninstall? "Free!"
2022-12-31 | Rushikesh Cheulwar | I was looking for the software which can convert equation to LaTeX and this is the only one who can do that. And the thing is it does that very well. I'm totally satisfied with this app. The only thing I'm worried about is that it offers only 10 snaps in free version. Humble request to please increase some snaps in free version
2022-11-30 | Gracen Ownby | I see your last update was a fix to inserting images to notes. I just downloaded on galaxy zflip4. Can't insert images, can't insert equations. Looks like a cool idea hope I can get it to work on my phone
2022-11-18 | Hamed Alshammary | It saves my time in the online quiz on Canvas where we have a quantum computing class, and there are a lot of math equations. Since we do it online, and writing the equation in the Latex mode is a nightmare for beginners. This app helps us writing using our hand writing and it automatically generates the latex script for us 🤩👍
2022-10-08 | Rachel Drummond | It's okay. It confused k and x a few times, didn't know "n choose k" and I needed to do a fair amount of hand editting in TexMaker to incorporate it into what I was doing. It pulls in packages I didn't want to use. (mhchem and stmaryrd) Not impressed that I ran out of monthly free snips (10) before I tested whether it was worth it. As a broke grad student, I'd buy with a one-time $10 - $20, but not worth any subscription, esp $60/year. If it wasn't for the pricing, I'd rate it higher. |
