You can left alone without signal, internet etc with no warning. They don't even fix their own problems which is not related with customer and they can say you need to wait couple of days for solution which is not acceptable any part of the world. update: allready tried 2373 still from 01.11.24 line is off. |

A few months later, my packages haven't been renewed, even they notified me by sms that they would do so! Mobile Internet stopped working and calling has been charged by minutes. While the app from Hits offered packages within a few clicks, it's a pain in the a..., to obtain a package with Masmovil. Since this is now costing more than it should be, I'm probably going to switch to another provider. |
