But better than nothing until Google Assistant understands a female Brit as well as an iPhone does. Good accuracy but seems not to hear half of what you say, so you must keep watching the screen; thus tolerably useful with hand pain/mobility problems, but not for note-taking while, say, cooking or driving—certainly not with vision impairment. Other reviews re "new line" etc are true. In other words... very meh. |
| 2023-03-07 |  | | There are issues with this app. I cannot see what I am dictating or typing because there is a screen that pops up underneath the keyboard. Constant inserting "I" at the end of sentences. Automatic scrolling either the top or bottom. Very annoying. |
| 2023-01-21 |  | | I was driving home with all these thoughts and ideas that needed to be saved from vanishing in time as i finish the evening routine. Then a bright light came over my worries and within a short time this voice to text was installed and i started talking and it got every word i said. . Even with all the back ground traffic noise going by me , the transfer to text was not changed like other mic services tend to do. Thank you so much for this app. Sincerely . L. Fanelli. |

I tried using this app just to take notes and some writing ideas and it is terrible. I can speak one slow syllable at a time and it doesn't get it correct (as in slow enough where I have to remember the next word), let alone if I speak anywhere near a normal speed. The idea of voice to speech is to be able to take notes on the go, or to dictate without writing to save time. Not eith this |

The only issue is toggling between this app and a different app to sent my message on can be tricky. I still enjoy the apps overall function and it does what I need it to do. |

It almost meets all of my needs in the preparation of the Daily Devotionals I do for distribution, except for the disadvantages of: 1) Automatically attaching the current date and time at the page head. 2) Not enough view of my work while editing/typing when the keyboard comes up on most occasions. 3) the page jumps to the bottom when cursor goes to the extreme left. Sometimes you have to add a pronunciation mark, but that is a small task compared to the job done by the App. Must be great for professional or frequent writers. Only thing missing is a way to format the overall text, but I guess that's too much to hope for. |
