| 2024-12-07 |  | | The app has many problems. I try to have a ride and rent a scooter, but the app always shows errors with no explanation. It also tells problems with cards, though I added 3 of cards. After updating the app it didn't even the app just froze at the beginning. Very disappointed. Don't use it. |

Definitely not a fun and user friendly experience. |

Couldn't contact support either, too busy. Then I "randomly" get logged out. I at least hope they delete my data. I'd rather not have my actual valid ID documents sold on the dark Web in the future. Avoid, just walk where you need to go. Better than dealing with this company |
