At the very top of the app screen is the very tiny continue button that goes to setting up the legit account. I didn't realize this until after I was scammed and went back to see how they got me. |

The original is free and to download it go to the Google play store and type in Amazon Alexa and it should be in blue with the Amazon arrow and text in white. To cancel this prepaid subscription plan: Open the Google Play app . At the top right, tap the profile icon. Tap Payments & subscriptions Subscriptions. Select the subscription or prepaid plan you want to cancel. Tap Cancel subscription. Hope this helps someone. |

You should make a free version that doesn't have all the bells and whistles just enough to give you a taste of what you can get with the premium if you can afford to pay for it. I'm new to Alexa or I would never have been scammed like this! It's useless and now I have some weird charges on my bank account and had to cancel my debit card. They are a scammers and straight up looters of whatever account you hand over to them. Google should refund my money. It's their Play Store after all. |

When i realised i didnt need it ( i was away with little access to internet ) I contacted Google for a refund but was refused as the request wasnt made within 48hrs!! I was away on the road in a camper and had inconsistent access to the internet . When i got home and installed Alexa at home i relaised that the subscription to this service was not needed and therefore i dont need it |
