This app is very good when driving places where there is no cell service/data. I've things I don't understand is what the optional "mega pack" is supposed to provide me with. I purchased it a year ago thinking it would give me additional functionality. It doesn't seem to add anything I can see. Am I doing something wrong?

William “Bill” Larrabee, 2024-11-02Terrible with Android auto. Completely locks up android auto with no way to exit the app. Had to disable it on the phone to get it to close. I want to like this so I have an offline option but it's too buggy for me. Google and Waze work fine on the same car. 9/23/24 update- search feature is still useless and it still mutes whatever audio is playing even with all settings in the app muted. PLEASE READ THE UPDATED COMMENT. A CONNECTION PROBLEM WON'T CAUSE THESE ISSUES.

Jim Notari, 2024-09-24I have found this app invaluable on several occasions when lost in the wilderness. It shows trails, not just highways. As long as you download the maps, you don't need an Internet connection, which is often not available in remote locations. They offer both free and paid maps. I have found the free to be perfectly satisfactory.
