2024-02-18 | Guy Mann | A very nice little tool. Could have a little better functionality with how one frequently used feature requires a single tap and then a long tap in a specific aprt of the screen without accidentally dragging your finger at all or you get a different result. But that's really a small gripe in the face of the value of thos app and it's companion app.
2023-04-28 | Zephan Vining | This was a game changer for tracking initiative in games. I'm loving it but I do wish for a couple more features. Hands down 5 stars if it had a way to have multiple encounters going. Saving parties and encounters is great but I'm currently in 3 campaigns and sometimes we start combat in one and the session ends mid fight and I run the other campaign before we can finish. So I need to be able to run another encounter without losing the one that is still going.
2022-10-17 | Hawthorne Cox | The features are decent, but the restrictive nature of the non-premium version makes it hard to experience enough of the app to justify purchasing premium. I'm trying to run sessions for two parties, and quickly adding one of the parties to initiative works, while the other one requires me to buy premium, and I have to click into the party and add the players manually. Additionally, it's not clear if Premium is a 1-time purchase or a subscription, so I'm not risking finding out.
2022-06-28 | Amirel Valhdros | I love the ability to know my players health, passive perception, AND armor class without having to constantly ask them. I also like the idea of just adding monsters into combat put of nowhere. Just a few taps and I have the stats for an Aboleth! •Edit- It has been years sense I have first installed this, if it's a bug, I'm very upset, but if it's just the app just being a much older version than I needed or something. But this one and adjacent apps that work with this one just stop working
2022-04-04 | K1 | As much as it's helpful in all of tracking initiative, health, ect; Even allowing you to create your own encounters through the use of another app connected to it, I'm experiencing some bugs with it since i got my new phone, which being that when I touch something, it would assume I touched another thing unless I reset the app. I hope this gets fixed soon, because I really love using this app.
2022-03-06 | Brandon Johnson (freakshow2295) | I'm liking the app, I bought the premium edition and it's definitely made things easier. Still I think a feature that let's you edit a groups AC, passive perception, and health when they've been saved would help a lot since it would mean I can edit my players stats as they level up or get equipment and stuff that augments it. If it is in there already then its not working. Also something to track temporary hp.
2022-01-09 | Chris Bechtler | This app is great! (With a few small caveats) Saving a party and custom monster groups is very easy. Tracking initiative and HP has made this an invaluable tool for my games! Downsides: For full functionality of adding premade monsters you will need the companion Monsters & Generators app Which is also great but will cost a few dollars to unlock. Also it is sometimes tough to long click in just the right amount to bring up the stats. Lastly the red/grey scheme is not great for colorblind people.
2021-08-11 | Jared Norman | Enjoying it so far, but I wish it would allow me to keep the initiative in the order that I put them in. If 2 creatures have the same initiative, it defaults to alphabetical order even after I manually slide the one I want to go first. It always goes back to alphabetical order. Also when having a group of enemies I noticed when I go back into the enemy "tab" it adds a 2 to the number of enemies in the group, eg start with 6 go back in it then says 62 enemies then 622 if I go in again.
2021-07-08 | Dakota Watson | I love this tracker. It works for 5e and 3.5. I just wish I could save multiple presets that didn't have such a convoluted way to access them. Also, creating new characters with the same name should automatically notate them with a number or letter in case I have a large swath of individual same type enemies. Other than that, does exactly what it says on the tin. And does it well.
2021-05-22 | Jonathan Pearson | I'm finding this very helpful, but I wish it was easier to open the Conditions menu; the tap target is very small and I often open the character details page by accident. Maybe include the character icon in the Conditions menu tap target? Additionally, some kind of general "good" and "bad" condition modifiers (or the ability to add my own) would be helpful; my players like to use Bane and Bless. The existing list feels restrictive in actual combat. |
