2024-11-11 | sav. | I've been using this app for several years without any problems, but lately have been getting a ton of push notifications for deals that don't exist. Every single time I open one of them I'm greeted with "an error has occurred while finding your coupon." Items are also getting very very priced up recently, so without the deals, it isn't worth it. | |
2024-11-04 | Jacob Burgo | Just use something else. Terrible notification settings. You get a push, sms, AND email notification updates for your orders. You can not disable the text and email updates so you can just rely on the push notifications. So, for every update, you get 3 different messages updating you. There is no way to change this and just rely on 1 option. WHY? Edit: the additional star is strictly because I have had no problems with deliveries. Outside being annoyed by redundant update notifications. | |

I tried removing my payment method. I tried updating the app and doing the steps again. NOW the service is grossly overpriced, customer service is totally regressed, & the app works fine except from turning into non stop click bait notifications for deals that aren't really deals. I ordered 2 ice creams and they refund only for one even though both were melted. Then couldn't process the other because it was already processed. It's like this company has zero common sense. When I got that cleared up, the app thought I had already used the coupon so wouldn't apply it with the card that works despite the one being lost coming back declined. 2024-09-17 | Shelley Huerta | This app is ok...we use it a few times a month, pays for itself. I gave 3 stars because people delivering have no idea how to follow delivery instructions. The other thing is that you shouldn't ever expect to get cold drinks. Their app shows a snowflake for "cold", but 90% of the time it is not. Who orders beer for a BBQ when it's 90° outside and wants HOT beer? If you don't mind, this is the way to go! Delivery is usually fast.. just wish my items were chilled like it says they are in the app. | |
2024-09-14 | Se th | Extremely shady and rude. Saw an add for a free trial and clicked it. I was immediately charged. I contacted support for a refund and they were super rude and refused to refund. I'm deleting the app and never using it again. EDIT: Contacted again and they were once again rude. They cancelled my membership after two days and didn't refund me. So I got charged for a whole month that was supposed to be free and then I didn't even get to keep the membership. STAY AWAY. Doordash is much better. | |

I reached out to representatives via the app and they state that they will reimburse me for the incomplete delivery but they never did. I started using this app since 2020. I was one of the earliest users and I have been consistent. I have introduced lots of people to the app and I am so disappointed with their service now, absolutely unacceptable service. | |
2024-08-27 | Cristalyn Whelan | About 60% of the time the order is delivered to the right place. It used to be most of the time. Now more than ever, the drivers just disregard the instructions and leave orders outside of the main entrance of my apartment building. (Which is not locked) I am considering dropping the fam rewards account and sticking with Uber Eats bc the drivers on ubereats can get from any store AND follow instructions. *sigh* Edit Another instance of them leaving the order outside and on sidewalk.wow. |
