| 2024-11-21 |  | | Been using them for years. I have been locked out of my account for over 6 months and I have emailed support and all I get is automated messages back. It's so frustrating. I have a recovery email address on file for this reason, but every time I try to reset it all I get is an error. This was my email address I used for everything. I'm locked out of my Apple ID, locked out of countless accounts. It just seems like I'm not cared about at this point. But hey, the app itself is okay. |
| 2024-10-22 |  | | Thx for reply devs. I have downgraded this app because there is NECESSARY FUNCTIONALITY MISSING FROM IT. There's NO way to create a white list in this app, so many of my wanted emails are in the Spam folder and there is NO WAY to add them to the "allowed" list unless I use the web version. I cannot edit the "contacts list." There's NO way to move a draft into a personal folder. Adding or deleting a personal folder? I can't figure out how to delete them. The selection of domains is neat tho. |
| 2024-09-07 |  | | Why does each message jump when you first touch it? So annoying. (Display new message. Touch anywhere in message even just to swipe to the next message. Message is repositioned so that top of message is at top of screen and To/From/Subject is off the top of the screen.) This is extremely annoying when trying to tap on a link as the link jumps to a new position and you must tap a second time. UPDATE: Saving drafts and then going back to them tends to corrupt the draft edits! DEAL BREAKER! |

I know this is a glitch on your end, unfortunately I cannot call customer service because you're based in Germany but this app used to work really well... Now it's just stuck on "An error occurred. | 2024-08-24 |  | | I just installed this on my new phone. The app keeps telling me there's an error when I enter my mail com email address and won't let me continue to even enter my password. I went ahead and used it to make a new email account thinking I could add my old email in after but I get the same error on the newly created account. In the box to put my email address it tells me there is an error. I've done it several times so guess I'm an idiot but the same result is every time it won't let me go beyond |

I don't mind regular ads, but loud pop-up videos are absolutely unnecessary. People use email apps at work. I don't think one has to pay to get rid of something that annoying. Will have to uninstall it and look for other options. |

Retrieving/resetting passwords is problematic since there is no recourse if the reset text or email is not received, even after contacting support (and I am a Premium user). |

Unacceptable for a simple email app. It takes at least triple the time you would need on another service to simply find a particular email if you must go back and forth. This is not how you run an email service. Makes it practically unusable. Will never make another email outside of Gmail again after this experience. |

I tried to reattach it and was told Mail. Com doesn't support it, after years, it's bizarre and inconvenient. The app also has ads, I'll probably just deactivate it now and change my email. |

I've never used this service for signing up for ANYTHING EVER, and I'm already getting spam every day. I don't expect perfection from a free service, but I can't recommend this at all. What a hot mess of an email provider. |
