The new update makes it very hard to login, biometric authentication is disabled now, and "trust my device" doesn't work, meaning you now have to memorize your password, receive a text, copy the text into the app, and submit every time you want to check your balances.

So, I have never been with a bank, as long as I have with Point West. 30 years! I have just realized. 4 Car loans. My first house loan. Several personal lines of credit. And some cool acquaintances, a few who still wk there today. Then a life changing event caused a - outcome. But , point west helped me through it. Now, I do not live in PDX. And the Co-op Banking Iam able to access Rock's! Thanks Point west! ~ Richard

Not happy when changed services and dropped online/telepone banking for after hours and weekends. I was having cell phone problems and just getting hold of a customer rep was a huge chore.
