Even when granting all the permissions,which are absolutely excessive to say the least, the platform does not consistently give you credit for sharing your information, which means you're basically giving them your information for free. You have to constantly uninstall and reinstall the app otherwise you can't use your phone fully with this app active due to it's VPN. Luth needs to make an effort to quickly update to address app problems |

In the midst of rapid inflation, lowering the incentive seems nonsensical. Nevertheless, I don't understand who would go through the trouble of using this app for a measly $6/month. The app drains your battery and slows down your device significantly. Not to mention the invasion of your privacy. |

I am confused as to why they would think paying people, especially long time users, less money is good. You would think the pay would increase. I have been using this service for over 10 years. They still will only pay you in check form. I used to love this app, but I'm pissed that they cut my pay. And I never qualify for surveys. EVER. ValueMe pays $5 a month and sends it through PayPal. |

I've updated the app, as well as uninstalled/reinstalled it, but I get the same result. My figuring, it started about the same time as the new update came out. HELP! UPDATE: New update works! TY!! |

Yes sometimes I have problems like not connecting to the VPN but they have the very best customer service. They have helped fix the problem every time. They always respond quickly. What more could I ask for. They are the greatest. |

It allows me to make passive income easily. however, I also have this installed on computer and tablet which brings in $15 monthly regardless of surveys unless there is a required one which they notify you of. I honestly rarely qualify for surveys but they also add up nicely when I do. Update: new update is awful! I cannot access the internet and most apps requiring security say they cannot access the internet now. |

I just cashed out another $27.75. It's a small bother on my tablet because I don't use that all the time. Every time I get on it, I have to reconnect this app. But for the most part, I do everything I always did on my devices including game playing. If you're not a very private person, I recommend. |

I'll have to double check if the last two were just flukes. VPN pausing in 5-min bursts just to get anything done is very disruptive. Tired of this. Uninstalling until a later update. |
| 2023-04-28 |  | | Ever since the last update, it causes network connection errors with multiple apps. You changed how the VPN works on conections, and that's what the problem is. My banking software says it detects an untrusted Network and other apps or websites just give the message of network error. Whenever the program is not active in the VPN is not on, everything works fine. After years and years of using this app I now have to uninstall it because it crashes and no longer works with any of my other apps!! |

And about every 2 months or so I have to uninstall & reinstall as for some reason it doesn't stay connected, I won't have the "key" showing. Otherwise, it's all right. To be honest I probably wouldn't refer a friend to join as it has changed over the years. I have probably "aged out", too old for their surveys. Too bad. Just cause I am older, doesn't mean I'm stupid nor am I dead. |
