| 2024-12-13 |  | | Running very slow and locking up. When I sync to HDS pro 10, the HDS loses all the trails, so I am trying to delete trails in app. Cannot delete all at once,locks-up. Takes 4.30 to delete one trail Don't think I'll be using this app after trial period. |

I downloaded the app, and have made it to the point where it is telling me to scan the qr code (place the qr code within a box on the screen in the app), but the app never accepts the qr code. It is difficult to get it to scan the qr code, and then I guess when it finally does, I receive this message: "The QR code information could not be validated." Called support and they are closed. |

It seems to disable numbers from being entered into the number pad, yet if you manually go to the area on the map, it shows the coordinates that you are unable to enter in the number pad! |
| 2024-10-27 |  | | Lake jocassee in south Carolina needs a major rehaul of graphing. I spent hours on the map marking certain points and depths. Over 100 waypoints and when I got out there for the tournament the map said 14 ft of water and the sonar showed 60 ft. Great app otherwise but jocassee needs some major love |

When im choosing wave height, gusts, wind, etc..it changes grounds background color without showing any data,??? Why doesn't it shows wave height? Water temps? And all other data? It shows arrows for wind but doesnt say how fast wind will be wow, im using subscribed version. None of the "how to" works. |
| 2024-06-21 |  | | It was great to start with. until 1 afternoon out on the water, I was head to a favourite spot, and it did a system upgrade and I lost over 470 waypoints of the unit and phone with our any warnings that it was going to do so. I had seen you could recover your way points via the app that's not the case on the Australian version. From now on, I put a 2nd sd card in before it decided to do any type of upgrade or updates to the unit . Because once the waypoints are deleted, they are gone for good |

Doesn't matter what the subscription does, if the app can't follow it's own settings, there's no way I'm paying this company more money. Help & Feedback section of app hangs when trying to submit feedback. |
