| 2024-11-27 |  | | It would be so nice if you could search for an item or product and then see everywhere it's available. Put in a zip code and a radius, then see that it is or it isn't available at these 5 or 6 places, instead of searching one location, backing out, searching the next location, on and on. People would either be willing or not to drive and get it and it works save so much time. There's no way this can be a new idea. |

Today, I set up the order and went to check out. As soon as I clicked the final checkout button a red dialog box pops up on top of the screen stating, "Oops. Something went wrong". The cart is then emptied but the order is not put through. Off to the Home Depot app I go to spend the $200 I was going to give you today... |

If you are on android you can't even go to the actual website. It redirects you back to the app that doesn't work. One star because the app is at least there, unlike the associates at our local Lowes. |

Just kept getting an error message. App also told me order was ready for pickup, then Lowe's decided it was fraud, canceling my order and locking my card. Now I'm in limbo trying to get my card and order figured out with customer service. And since the order was declined/canceled, I lost my 10% discount code that I was using. |
| 2024-11-15 |  | | The Android app gets dualing Authentication tokens, as launching the app now lands one logged out, which then does an in situ browser Authentication which .... doesn't work the first time. it sends one back to the in situ log in, then allows user to add to cart. only, now in checkout having added new payment card, on complete purchase, it fails stating that opps, a browser instance changed the items in the cart - go back to cart and try again. ALWAYS TEST ON PRODUCTION after pushing updates |

I uninstall and reinstall, same problem. I attempted to go in through Chrome, but it redirected me to the app. You are going to push us all to shop at HOME DEPOT since we can't even view products - much less check out a cart - with Lowes! Tell us you don't want our business without telling us you don't want our business..... |

I shouldn't need to login to see all your Appliances, if I'm researching and not ready to purchase. Very slow on being up and results from manually typing in a search item since can't look up things by category. |

I ended up logging in and going through the Google Chrome mobile browser to get access. That worked no issues, unlike the actual Lowe's App. |

When I went to order, I had to add an address to my list of addresses for the credit caed, then again for "billing address"?. and it wasn't clean that was what it was waiting for before I could order. When you click on a color option, the whole pages refreshes instead of the image. really just a poorly thought out app all together. |
